Hosting an Earthship Academy
Shell and Systems is an option for those who have building experience and wish to complete their own Earthship.
The structure is all enclosed and outer walls finished, with roof and front face glass, electrical and water systems roughed in, solar panels and cisterns included, and you do all of the interior work.
This reduces the estimated cost per square footage by approximately 20%.
Also these prices could be significantly reduced if you decide to host an Academy or a Field Study
If you are thinking to organise an Earthship Academy, then please read the document below, and if you have any further questions, please email outreach@earthship.com

What is the Earthship Academy?
The Earthship Academy Program is a four-week training for individuals that are interested in learning the theory, methodology and techniques behind Earthship construction. The Earthship Academy recruits students from all around the world. Usually, sessions are held in Taos, New Mexico, USA; however, we try to hold a global Academy session at least once per year. Some of our past global sessions include: France, Argentina, Uruguay, Japan and more!
